Our developmental league is a hybrid, clinic and game-day experience for our youngest basketball players. Each session will include a portion of clinic time focused on fundamental drills followed by a coach-led scrimmage. The amount of scrimmage time will depend on the age of the players. Players will change teams each session and play in a variety of team configurations. We offer this as a prelude to beginning at the 3rd-grade level. Kindergarten will have more stations as they learn the rules while 2nd graders will progress to more controlled scrimmage. The goal of this league is to learn some fundamentals and rules to prepare them for competitive basketball. Practices be held one night a week depending on the volunteer coaches' availability and all games will be played on the first 4 Saturdays in November.
